It’s been an emotional few days. My second in command’s Dad has been here for a few days. We’ve introduced him to the Bridge (hotel) and, last night, to the Tuns. And some other stuff.
A really nice bloke who appreciates hills and old stuff. We’ll be using his house as a base for a night out in Stamford soon.
He’s currently en route to Kings Cliffe (via Peterborough) his first train trip in 40 years.
We’re in our local right now, waiting for confirmation of his arrival. And I’ve noticed a minor typo.

A small selection of phone pictures; real ones may follow.
One might think that the past few days were spent in metro stations and bars. While that’s partially correct, these were just examples of the kind of pictures taken with my phone.
I’m sure I’ll say more on the subject, but (with limited data) I have to say that I love Berlin.
I found pizza made with fake cheese in town this afternoon. Pleased with my discovery, I was looking forward to eating one.
Regrettably, it was vile.
